  • I got a last minute appointment same day about an hour or so after I called. The staff were all very nice and helpful. It took awhile but that's how long it takes. They were very nice in explaining the wait times. The doctor and all the staff were amazing. Also any place that says you can get the card the same day isn't true. You can get a temporary in 3 to 5 business days. The office even puts it online for you the same day.
