  • This is an absolutely shady business. Yesterday, I went in to buy some nitrous balloons. The man behind the counter said that they had them. He proceeds to ring me up for nitrous! I pay him, and he hands me the nitrous. I say "this isn't what I wanted, I said I wanted balloons". Then he says that he cant give me my money back! In review, this place (1) rang me up for something that I DIDN'T ask for, and then (2) Refused to let me return it as I was standing at the counter! I was strait ROBBED at this establishment. The few times my friend has gone, he says that they always try to get him to buy a lot more than he wants. The employees (maybe just one employee) here are emotionally manipulative. I'll be taking my business to the Smoke Shack (literally one block away), where the workers are super chill and would never pull this sort of stunt. Or even Evergreen, where at least they are professional! Stay away from this crummy business.
