  • DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Our initial quote was 1700. We wound up having to pay 7K. They gave us a bogus quote when they got their the day of the move they were extremely unprofessional. They were there from 1:30pm till 10:30pm. The guys that did the moving to smoke breaks and drink breaks all the time. Haley the girl that set up the move didn't tell them they had to stop at our storage unit. Very inefficient and unprofessional. She sounded very sweet on the phone and frankly sounded like she knew what she was doing but trust me she does not know what she is doing. 21 days go by and our stuff is finally showing up at our new home. The dispatch team and the driver said we have to pay remainder in cash even though contract says cash or money order plus we are getting charged an extra 650.00 because their truck doesn't fit in our complex. So 7k and 21 days later along with very unprofessional interactions with management our stuff is finally being delivered. I am disgusted about how this company runs their business. If I could give them a ZERO rating I would. They are a bunch of scam artists. Go with this company and you will be sorry. Once again first quote 1700 had to pay 7k to get or stuff back.
