Centennial Toyota has gouged me for the last time. I moved to the Vegas area and stumbled into the sticky web of lies Centennial has conjured. I came in for regular scheduled maintenance and left with a 400+ bill. Between a brake fluid flush and an oil change this was my bill... how can this be? Not to mention I got a recall notice in the mail stating that the daytime running lights were burning the lenses of the 2010 Tacomas, to my surprise this was beginning to happen to my vehicle. Although it was slight at the time it was still clear even to an untrained eye that there was an issue here. When I brought this up to the service manager he scoffed saying "I'm sorry sir we at Toyota are unable to fulfill this recall because its outside of the window for free replacement". In a previous encounter with this less than honest dealership, the service team at Centennial insisted that I must get an engine air filter from them because the one in my truck was dirty, when I told them that I would purchase and replace it myself the service manager said ok well if you want to risk putting in a lesser quality filter and not have a professional install it thats up to you. Im not a grease monkey by any means however I'm not an idiot. This is one of the most simple parts to replace on my vehicle. Ultimately Centennial Toyota is a sub par performer that relies on misleading maintenance practices and dishonesty to make a buck on its clients. I would not recommend this business and I would strongly think twice about ever taking my vehicle here.
