  • Awful experience! Moving to Vegas from California and the first agent I worked with will make me thing twice about trusting agents in Vegas. We found a great home, called the agent and said we would love to apply and give the deposit. She said she would take it off the market and hold it until the 20th of the month for us. She said to bring the application in on Monday with a $50 check to run the credit. I dropped off the check and application Monday. She did not respond until Thursday night, after numerous calls. Finally she "text" back to tell us that another person turned in an application on Monday as well and that the "owner" decided that the other application was better. My question- Why tell us that we could have the home and that it was being taken off the market and then accept another application. I think Petra Realty is a poor agency choice for anyone looking for an honest agent. Specifically, my recommendation is to stay away from Marcella Quezada and do not take agents at their word! The last text on my side was to ask for my $50 check back, considering she never ran our credit. Her last response- nothing! Trust me... STAY AWAY FROM PETRA REALTY!
