| - Good for basic checkups, not much else.
Really disappointed that I ever raved and recommended this location. They've really let us down as long standing and now once loyal customers who have poured dollar after dollar into this this place trusting that their vets knew what they were doing and talking about. I firmly believe that they only care about money at this point. If you have a pet with chronic conditions please do yourself a favor and trust this coming from once loyal customers, save your money and go elsewhere.
We've kept our mouth shut on a lot of issues where we were literally forgotten about on multiple occasions.
We once had to have one of our cats put down and they had us in the room, of course everyone was upset and crying, on top of that the medication wasn't working quickly so the poor guy was very slowly being put to sleep, it was hard to watch. They said they'd take him to the back to give him some more of the injection. They left and NEVER came back. After waiting in the room well over half an hour I wandered out to the front to ask what was going on they said something to the effect of "oh ya they put him to sleep", thanks for letting us know as we sat distraught wondering if he was okay and what was happening.
We've also scheduled multiple appointments only to have to wait again nearly half an hour to see anyone. Basic appointments will often have you there an hour to sometimes 2hrs! just for all the waiting around you'll be doing, little care is taken other than an insincere or quick apology.
The vets are hit or miss, often times they are in and out in less than 5min, in a hurry and you never feel like the money you paid was worth the time you got especially when you come in concerned about your pet and having a lot of questions.
OUR PETS ARE NOT GINUEA PIGS, I get trying things out in the beginning but if things are obviously not working, continuing to tell us to come down and charge us fee after fee to get told well let's try this and that now...enough is enough.
Either your doctors know what they are doing or they don't, and at this point I'm convinced the latter is the case. We've been frustrated with how we've been treated and wrestling with the idea of taking our pets and money elsewhere so I've expressed my concern with the manager, no help was given. Her two options were they could charge us the follow up exam fee to come back in $46 or she could call a different location on Sarival to get an appointment with a doctor we liked which we could have easily done ourselves. We've been coming to this place for years and that was their best go at it. Thanks for all the help.
We've brought in so many pets and even other people's pets, paid so much money already and have a running tab.
Unfortunately they've lost a lot of good business.
