  • I filed a claim with my home warranty and they filed it with ice cube air. The individual that came to my house was a but irritated and had a horrible attitude about my heat system. He explained he couldn't do nothing for me since my husband removed the part and there were wires everywhere. Also he tried explaining that the heater system was taken apart and my warranty wouldn't cover it. I didn't understand this as it wasn't like that before. So he explained he would call his boss to find out what he could do. After 5 min he came back into my house and said have the part put back and then call them to schedule for the repair and they'll be back and demanded me to pay my $75 deductible. I explained I'm not paying for no service provided. He said ok no problem and walked out my house. He left the attic unsecured and a mess. He also left his flathead screw driver in my attic. I called my home warranty and explained the situation and filed a complaint to not hire them. They referred me to advance home repair. This company came to my house. Assessed the situation professionally and called my warranty to request the part. My warranty covered everything! Ice cube airs' unprofessional employee costed them a guaranteed job that they chose not to even help with and give the time of day to. Their loss and advance home repairs gain. I'll never call ice cube air again for any of their service. I called a week prior and they never returned my calls. Other things and jobs were more important. I'd prefer to have a company put me first as a customer and not on the back burner.
