  • I got a weird feeling about this bank the moment I walked in. No sign in sheet, no one was at the front. I waited in line and was told to sign down at the chair in the front and someone will come get me. 2 ladies at the front was very chatting with each other. No one ever approach the customers sitting in the chair and ask if anyone needs help with anything. Front line customer service definitely needs improvement.
