  • We have been going to Kim's for about a year now. We came across Kim's after a friend of ours recommended it to us. Our friend had been sending her dogs there for 5+ years and always had a great experience. Chelsea, our groomer is absolutely fantastic! Our dog, Ollie, is not the best "client," but Chelsea is incredibly patient with him and he always comes back looking fantastic! At Kim's, each groomer takes notes about your grooming preferences. At each visit, we go over the note card to discuss things we liked and things that may need to be altered. The attention to detail and care is unmatched. A typical grooming for our pup takes about 2.5-3hrs. Chelsea usually calls us to give a 10-15 minute heads up for when Ollie will be finished, which is nice. The place is cash/check only and they tend to book up quickly. We make our next appointment about 5-6 weeks out in order to get our preferred time.
