  • I moved in on 08/05/2011. 08/06/2011 We try to use the Washer and Dishware, Washer- Smells like the belt is burning and It will not spin so I stick my hand in there and make it spin, now it works very loudly. Dishwasher - Used for the first time and leaked water all over the place. This does not work. It is now 08/22/2011 and these issues have not been fixed. Around 08/14/2011 I found black ants in my Kitchen I called Maint and this was not resolved they cant come out until the weekdays because its not an emergency. Later that evening they were all over the floor I went to the store and purchased the raid and since than they have not been back. There are always kids running around doing out of this world retarded things like climbing on top of apartments or shooting bb's at windows. In addition there is a high crime rate in the complex as far as breaking into / stealing cars is concerned. Yet they have not hired a security company. I pay an additional fee monthly to live on the bottom floor that is Bull Thank GOD i am not handicapped. I don't have a microwave or a towel closet, the bathrooms are incredibly small. The Jacuzzi smells like sewage. The covered parking in near my unit is held up with two support beams one in the back and one in the front after clearing the beam in front my wife begins to turn the car and swipes the beam in the back (It was not damaged just a scrape) my car however is damaged and cost 1200$ to fix, however the points is when maintenance arrived on the scene one of them called the police. When the Tempe police officer arrived he told us that they were called because a drunk driver crashed into the covered parking area. whom happened to be my 6 month pregnant wife the maint worker was no where to be found in addition this is private property and the police officer couldn't do anything anyways he says. The other covered parking areas have 1 beam vs two beams which my wife and I are Accustom to. All in all these apartments have been a nightmare and it has only been two or three weeks since we have lived here. I'm sure there will be more problems to come. And I will post it.
