I purchased my EVELO Electric bicycles on line approx 4 years ago. I was having problems with the bike not being set up for me...I actually fell down trying to maneuvering my bike at slow speed, stopping, and starting out. I tried going to a very popular brick and mortar that specializes in electric bikes and offers service and repair for all bicycles. THIS WAS NOT A ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE. After the forth time of being told that I should have purchased one of there bikes from them...it didn't seem to matter that I was at my Florida home when I purchased. I was bummed out the way I was treated. I went home and went online. Of coarse I went on YELP and saw "Js" add...all 5 star reviews...WOW.
I contacted J and fortunately he was available and came to my home in a hour or so. To make a long story short...not only did he solve my problem by setting up my bike but found broken spokes and a couple other issues that would have caused me problems in the future.
J spent all the time needed and charged me half of what I expected to be charged. I have only employed J once...I hope all my service from J will go as well as it did this time..I will definitely use J in the future, and Will recommend Js mobile service to everyone and fell confident in doing so.
