  • Dr. Adams has been my primary care physician for over 15 years. She cared for my dad also. Dr. Adams is awesome. The staff is awesome, except one nurse. I hate to put her in blast but I don't know how they keep her. She is not friendly at all. It's like she hates being there. Doesn't smile...ever. Does not follow through. Your kindness does not reciprocate with her. All other staff knows this. It's too bad because everyone else provides excellent customer service. The wait time is horrendous. But for me, Dr.Adams is worth it and I try to plan accordingly and I refer patients to her with a warning. She really needs an office manager that does not just comment on YELP how sorry they are. An apology with no action is noise. The practice is a thriving one. If anyone shows up in town that is anything like Dr. Adams (which ain't gonna happen), who does not have a wait-time issue, her practice is likely to suffer. I wish doc the very best and will continue to be her patient. Love you Dr. Adams and your wonderful staff. Yolanda, I am praying for you that God gives you joy.
