rev:text	My friends and I went to Polish during a Bachelorette weekend. We were pretty psyched to get mani/pedis at a salon that serves complimentary beer, wine, champagne, and mimosas! Pampering and alcohol? SCORE!! When we walked in, I got an instant high. The fumes were out of this world. I honestly thought I was going to be sick. Since I wasn't the bride-to-be, I put on my big girl panties and just dealt with it. We noticed a display of nail polishes to choose from for our service needs; however, the display had nowhere near the amount of options as the nail polishes that were for sale. That really sucked! My tech was really nice; however, one of the techs, who was servicing one of my friends, was just downright rude. Although my tech was nice and did a decent job, I felt like we were being rushed. Plus, it's so loud in there you can forget about feeling pampered, which is really unfortunate. And wait...no dryers for your nails!!! Also, I really wanted to grab a broom and sweep up the place!!! I will admit that they kept the drinks flowing and the mimosas were quite tasty! I really felt some kind of way about a $70 credit card transaction that didn't require my signature. That was sketchy and very off-putting for me. Tips are by cash or check only! Hmmmm... Lastly and most importantly, the bottoms of my feet have been super sore, red, and warm to the touch since my visit yesterday. That CANNOT be a good thing. :-( I appreciate Polish for what it is, BUT I will not be returning. Overall rating: 1 star for the drinks and an additional star for my really nice tech.
