  • Was harassed by cashiers on the way to check out. By policy, I understand being questioned because I was accompanied by someone under the age of 21. Instead of simply asking me, MARISSA, if I was his guardian she rudely kicked him out until I spoke up and told them I am his legal guardian. There was another family getting checked out the exact same time who as well had someone under the age of 21 but they weren't questioned whatsoever of his legal guardianship. If you're going to follow policy you guys should at least be fair across the board so next time a situation like this occurs where a WHITE family doesn't get questioned but a BROWN family gets all these red flags for no apparent reason Total Wine won't look so RACIST. Total Wine is for the TOTAL WHITE.!!! Thank you Marissa and Mathew for your EXCELLENT customer service.
