| - The biggest positive is that everyone who works there really loves animals (being an animal lover myself, I can tell when people are sincere when it comes to their attitudes towards pets). Unlike many vets, they are strictly focused on helping the animal get well, and not trying to figure out how to inflate your bill by selling you a bunch of unnecessary medications, tests, and surgeries (Maybe someday I will be able to find a people doctor that does that, but I digress). There are only a couple of minor negatives: The first negative is, although they open at 7:00 AM, the doctor does not get there until 8:00 AM....I am not sure why they do that.... but, if you go in the morning, don't show up until 8:00 AM, because there is not much they can do until the doctor gets there. The second negative is, they do get crowded, and even with an appointment, you may have to wait up to 30 minutes past your appointment time before you actually see the vet....but the extra wait time is nothing out of ordinary for the medical profession.....these are really minor issues, and it is worth the wait to have your pet treated by honest and caring people.
