  • I've been here a few times before. In fact this time I brought my family who are visiting from out of town. Tonight MUST be an off night. Upon entering, the hostess never greeted me, or even smiled at me. I had to approach her. When she sat us she didn't know the difference between a booster seat versus a high chair. (Admittedly, I didn't know the difference when I had my first job) The waitress was definitely trying her best, but she made too many mistakes to just overlook. We ordered the steak on the side. She even confirmed with us that we wanted it separate from the bowl of Pho. It was in the soup. We asked for an extra spoon 3 times before getting it. The coconut water we asked for took asking twice for it and nearly 10 minutes. Then, the runner bringing the food out just held the food right in my sister-in-law's face rather than placing it on the table. On top of all that the rice was under cooked. The beef carpaccio was less than lackluster. I MIGHT be back.
