rev:text	THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL SPA I HAVE EVER BEEN TO, WE WERE PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED HERE My boyfriend bought a salt cave floating session through Groupon for my birthday. When I arrived to the facility I was greeted by Daniela who instructed me to fill out a waiver and then proceeded to show us to where out Salt Cave session would take place and the washrooms across the hall where we could get changed after. The entire session is 1 hour including float and shower time. The rooms is dimly lit, the salt pool is in a man made cave with artificial lights mimicking stars on the top. It is actually pretty romantic looking. Your body automatically floats due to the heavy concentration of salt in the water. It is a relaxing experience and will leave your skin soft. Be sure to hydrate after. Once the session was up Daniela knocked on the door to let us know. We proceeded to separate washrooms across the hall to shower and get ready to continue my birthday celebration. Obviously my boyfriend got dressed quicker than I did and went into a waiting room across from my washroom but beside the floating room. The room is dark with Himalayan salt rocks glowing and reclining chairs to relax. He decided the recline back and watch some youtube videos in the dark while he waited for me. WHEN THE ASSAULT TOOK PLACE As I got out of the shower I heard a woman yelling "Wtf! Stop! Wtf Arkhan! Wtf are you doing? " I thought it was unprofessional but thought maybe there was some sort of accident with the employees. Then I heard "You need to leave or I am calling the cops! Wtf Arkhan! He just had a session" At that point I was not dressed and threw on an undergarment and popped my head out of the bathroom to make sure she was ok. I stuck my head out and asked "Are you ok," because I honestly thought someone might have been assaulting her. The customer looked at me and walked away. Then I saw my boyfriend open the lounge door and say "That guy just punched me in the face!" I immediately wrapped a towel around my head and threw on some clothes and ran out. By the time I got to the front the perpetrator was gone. I asked Daniela who that was and she said it was a client who comes in once in a while but she doesn't really know him. I asked my boyfriend to explain what happened. He said the guy came in the lounge room and he assumed he was going to sit down and struck him multiple times in the face. Daniela then came in and pulled the customer out of the room and closed the door behind her. At that point her and the customer had some sort of scuffle in the hall, which is what I overhead. I told my boyfriend to call the cops and Daniela asked us not to. She said she really does not want cops there and she does not want any drama. At that point I was annoyed because if my boyfriend had came into a spa and started punching customers in the face there is NO WAY the cops would not of been called. I explained that to her and the cops were called. She said she was sorry that this happened and I explained that it wasn't her fault and she said I really do not want you to write a review because this is so bad for business. At this point I really wondered who trained her because she was saying/doing all the wrong things. I said I wouldn't write a review as long as you co-operate with the police, if that is a client you have their information in the system. She then recanted her previous statement and said that is not a client and she does not even know what he looks like. I asked her if she doesn't know the client why was she calling his name. She said she NEVER said his name. I said I heard you yell it multiple times. She said then what is his name then? The defensiveness at that point made me realize that this is someone she is protecting which we later found out to be true and we are in the process of pressing charges. This happened on Friday and it is Tuesday and management has not contacted us. There is no ownership or accountability just lies. The kicker was when she processed the Groupon AFTER the assault. She didn't even offer us our money back. This was the worst birthday I have ever celebrated. We spent hours talking to the police and her dishonestly and lack of professionalism is why I am writing this review today. The spa management has not reached out to us to remedy this experience either so I thought I should share. This is definitely a birthday I will never forget.
