  • I had an appointment here to get blood work. Before I was even finished signing in, they were ready to take me back. While getting my information, they were already setting me up to take my blood. After not finding a vein in about 5 seconds in the usual spot, they instead took blood from a vein in my forearm. I didn't even realize it, but have since had a painful bruise for a week. I wish they would have taken 10 seconds to use my other arm instead. Other than the painful bruise, they were quick and friendly. No real complaints here.
