I moved to Brooklin 2 months ago and decided to "invest" in a personal trainer. When I first met with Chris, we discussed my goals, he assessed my fitness level, and he tailored a program to meet my objectives.
Chris's workouts are very focused and very challenging - I luv them! Plus he keeps them fresh with new exercises constantly. I appreciate the insights he provides to the specific benefits of individual exercises. He pays absolute attention to proper form to not only maximize effectiveness of the exercise but also avoid injury. Chris encourages and pushes me to do the best I can. Additionally he provides nutritional guidance that will help me reach my goal.
I train 4 times per week and am 6 weeks into an 8 week session, and already am so much fitter and stronger! Chris's training program has provided me with structure for a more active healthier lifestyle.
I'm looking to do some adventure races in 2016, so it will be exciting to set new training goals with Chris in January.
