  • I had a great experience taking my 8 month old Labradoodle puppy there for grooming. I called and made an appointment just a few days beforehand. When we showed up, they were ready to go! They asked for proof of his Rabies shot and then Shannon was great at bending down to Bowser's (our puppy) level to make him feel comfortable. She estimated 2.5 to 3 hours and allowed us to use their sample board to select a length level for his coat. We dropped him off at 5pm and he was ready a little after 7pm which was great timing! When we picked him up we got a Pawgress (Progress) report with a brief wellness report. They clipped his nails, cleaned his ears, gave him a bath and groomed his coat. Price was reasonable, service was awesome and his coat looked and felt amazing. The girls at the check out were even proactive in offering us the puppy book, to get access to coupons and providing us with information regarding the puppy training. Overall great experience !
