rev:text	I did a lot of research on yelp before deciding on fuzz bar. I booked a reservation with Cassandra based on the glowing reviews below but unfortunately the service received did not match the reviews below. Pros - the place was really clean - the Brazilian wax wasn't too painful Con - there was no effort made to communicate what I could expect. I'm relatively new to the Brazilian wax so was expecting more of an introduction other than "I'll let you get settled". She promptly left the room and I had to find her to clarify what this meant. - she waxed a few areas 5-6 times which seems excessive. One of the reviews noted that a pro was that they know when to use hard vs soft wax. She never once used soft wax on the stubborn hair but just used hard wax over and over again. - the wax wasn't performed properly. The hair grew back after a couple of days which means she broke off the hair instead of pulling out the hair. As a result, it's been very irritating as if I had shaved the area. - when she completed the waxing services, she was in such a rush to leave. She opened the door before I even had a chance to cover my vagina. - during the time where she was waiting for me to get settled, I heard her speaking to another employee about their other clients (being hairy, etc). This isn't exactly comforting to hear as I'm waiting for my wax. - once again when she was done, she made no effort to communicate post care. I was really hoping to like this place but given the results, I'll be researching other places to go to.
