rev:text	I stayed here from August 20-24. On the plus side: I rested better here than I ever have at any other hotel, my room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was ok. On the negative side: the front desk lady was not the friendliest person I have ever encounter despite glowing reviews alluding to the contrary. But, since I wasn't looking for a friend I over-looked this. What I can't overlook is the fact that this in a non-smoking hotel, yet each night the staff was gathered outside on the bench located by the door smoking away- disgusting. The pool area looked like a throwback to the old motor courtyards you see in pictures from the 50's. A little shrubby and some tropical foliage would be a vast improvement. I would stay again based on the comfortable nights of rest I had, however the smoking by the door and the pool area outweighs any chance of a repeat visit for me. If the above isn't a concern for you- then I recommend this hotel based on comfort alone.
