  • This review is related to the service department. I had a very positive experience here. MY 2012 Goldwing was in need of tires as I was passing thru, so I called and set things up for my arrival. The service and parts department could not have been more helpful on the phone setting aside the tires to ensure they were there when I arrived. I arrived as scheduled 2 days later and they took the bike right in with out an appointment. 1.5 hours later it was returned. A test drive showed a front wheel wobble that had not been there before so they took it right back in, re-balanced and remounted the tires - perfect. These guys really understood how important it was to me that it be perfect and they make every effort to ensure it was done correctly. Could I have paid less doing it somewhere else? Yes, but not that much less to make it worth my while. It has been my experience that most (NOT ALL) powersport places do right by me and my Honda Goldwing. I would go back again if I were in the area and needed support.
