  • Update: This has been a horrible experience. This location scams people, they are unethical and do not do as they say. Lucky, I got things in writing and I'm still fighting to get our new Acct fixed. Do not go here. Very frustrated with this location. We are from California and came in to upgrade a device which we did. We also added 4 additional lines and were promised 18 gigs of data to share but we got home only to find out that they did not register us for the 22% discount or the 18 gigs. The have us 12 gigs and charged us more. They have not been very helpful and I'm the one who keeps calling and following up. We are ready to return everything as we did not get what we were sold and even though we are trying to work things out they keep coming up with excuses. Very unhappy customers here. I've never had such issues with any other carrier.
