  • The chick pretty much did what she wanted to my hair not what I wanted; we discussed it before she started but clearly she decided to do her own thing. After many, many years of having my hair highlighted, I know you should not have roots immediately after having your hair highlighted!! Quoted me one price and charged me another. Shouldn't have paid but after 5 long hours, I just wanted to leave quick! She had her girlfriend hanging out the entire time too....yeah I get that it is a relaxed environment but at the end of the day, it's your place of employment not your home....leave your significant other, pet, children at home.... Don't have them hanging all over you at work.
