  • I am a member of the local chapter of Postal Customer Council, so trust me when I tell you to avoid this mail center. I send 5-20 packageds daily through USPS, including at the USPS location and secondary contracted places like the authorized store inside Party City in Boca. I had just toured the USPS Distribution warehouse by McCarran last week with the regional Postal Master. Here me out that I am an experienced shipper with the appropriate creditials. I told her to cancel my order immediately when the owner of this location (Russian/Ukranian accent) bent tracking labels across 3 sides of a box to render it unscannable. Even if it's on the box, once it's bent across a seam, it violates USPS standards and renders your tracking codes useless. As I reach to retrieve my packages on the counter in front of me, SHE SLAPPED MY HAND! YES, YOU READ THIS RIGHT! SHE HIT A CUSTOMER! I was in shock. As I grabbed my packages to rip off the stickers she put on and all she kept saying is, "I need to get back my postages!" HOW ABOUT YOU DON'T HIT A CUSTOMER INSTEAD????
