Hands down one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a dealership. It wasn't a onetime poor experience, this has been going on for months. Anytime I have to deal with anyone with this dealership it's as if they don't care. The final boiling point for me has to do with their service department. I called and scheduled a appointment for 7:30 in the morning on a saturday because my USB port was blown and needed to be fixed. I told them the issue when I scheduled the appointment. I arrived on time and waited 3 hours for them to tell me my USB port was blown. I told them I knew that, I already told you that. They then advised they have to order the part. 4 days went by and I had heard nothing so I called them. They said the parts not in yet and they will be in contact. I then called on day 9 and the dealership said the parts not in yet and someone from service should have called me last week. Well they didn't. I then ask the lady how long it takes for parts to come in and she said usually 2 days, my part May be on backorder or something. Don't you think someone should check on it and communicate to me that there's a issue so I'm not waiting? I told the lady to forget it I've had nothing but bad experiences with dealership and I'm going to go to another dealership to have my work done. She obviously didn't care because her response was "sorry you feel that way, have a nice day". This is just one of many of these types of experiences I had with this dealership and it's safe to say I will be taking my business somewhere else. BEWARE GOING TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!
