  • This is for the Surprise Az location. Unfortunately I will never set foot in this place again. They "lost" my appt TWICE and I sat there for an hour and a half before they realized it. My son needs his wisdom teeth removed and I have so far waited 3 WEEKS for a call with the amount due. I have called and left messages and no call back.The Office Manager tried to win me over walking me into a room and trying to say when I come in again I get free movie tickets. WHO CARES.. Its like a seedy car sales office in there. I have called twice to get my sons x-rays now and they are "somehow not available" hmm.. not great customer service.
