  • Went because his was the highest rated nail salon in my area. I just wanted a basic pedicure. They were pretty busy when I arrived so they called an older gentleman from the back. He completely butchered my toenails. He took so much off and shaped them horribly... if you could even call the end result a shape. It was so bad that he had someone else come over to fix and finish the job. The second guy was fine. He was able to reshape my nails but as he was painting they both pointed and laughed at my pinky toenail because the first guy had filed it down to nothing. Extremely unprofessional. When I went to pay my total should've been $30. He asked for $32 once he saw I had two 20s in my hand. Think this was an attempt to get a slightly larger tip. I still let them keep the change because I tried to be as polite as possible. I will not return and do not recommend.
