  • Idk where to start. I got sent here thruu insurance, when i call, i got put on hold forever, twice. So we let the insurance deal with them. Old man, with long hair and rowdy appearance show up and pick up and bring us to the office. In there he tell us there no car available. We got sent to other locations. In there we're told the same thing, only car available is full size van for 15 passengers. We're run out of time to pick up kids so we just take it, since the manager said the next day they will exchange with others. The next day i call twice to make sure. They told me they have 1 car. When i arrive im told they didn't have any car. And in there i also meet other customers that said they reserve a car but the car didn't exist. I ask them if they check other locations if there is any car, they refuse. After wasting time for about an hr, i just call the insurance to get other company. After we checked out, the manager have the nerve to try to sweet talk us and said that they could get us other car, but it's too late since we terminate the rental contract. After they lied to us, 4 times. Totally not recommended They will waste your time and money. Will give 0 star if i could.
