  • Holy cow is all I can say... First to start off they are very rude and unprofessional. While waiting on a few friends to arrive I decided to wait in the lobby. Mind you I am a paid patron. I was told " No you can not wait here. Wait outside" while it was raining. So I decided to wait in my room. Now don't let the outside fool you this place is rotten to its core. Black spots everywhere on the carpet, prostitutes and drugs everywhere. Even when I checked in someone was squatting with his spouse in my room. I only booked it because it was all that was available last night in charlotte within close proximity of downtown. Upon checkout the lady was very rude banging on my door at 10:15am. Check out isn't until 11. Then when I did check out and ask again can I wait in that lobby until my cab arrived i was told no. "You no stay here, you get off property". You would think a roach infested place would be nicer to those who actually decide to stay in hopes they'll return. But it seems to me they don't care because they only carter to low budget people, prostitutes and druggies. What a shame!!!. I'll never return
