  • I normally stop at this store on my way home to grab a few things. It's normally pleasant and I always use the coupons that are sent to my card. Well today I went in to buy sunscreen - my coupon from CVS was 30% off. I was on my way to Walgreens ( because it's closer to my house) but remember I had a coupon. I go to get the sunscreen and the lady at the cashier says she can't find it on my card. She was polite and said maybe because it's on sale. I said, ok I will go get one not on sale. So, I made sure the next one I got was NOT on sale. Same thing....still didn't take my coupon. I even showed her the coupon I sent to my phone earlier that day for the 30% coupon. I've never had issues before with my coupon but kind of irritated they wouldn't take my coupon. I will just stick with Walgreens at least they honor coupons and give you rewards. CVS - don't give coupons if you aren't going to honor them.
