rev:text	One word describes the service I received from Gerber Collision and Glass in Scottsdale...AWESOME! Scott Hewitt (City Mgr) gave me a very fair estimate (on a SAT no less) to fix some minor damage to my passenger door from a shopping cart on my 2008 Dodge truck. In fact, his estimate was the most reasonable of the three I got and he even went so far as to wet sand the scratch for FREE before I decided to go ahead and get it fixed...even though it was being paid for by someone else. Talk about leading by example, way to go Scott! The follow up via phone and text from Tyler and Stephanie was top notch from start to finish, and even though they were VERY busy (not surprising since they ROCK) they finished my truck in ONE DAY! I am a sales professional and own my own business as well, and I have to say this was probably the best experience I have had with a service related business in a very long time. This company knows the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE and they prove it with how they handle your claim from start to finish. I also notice many vehicles from major insurance companies in their lot, so I am sure they are an approved center for most if not all of them. Special THANKS to Hector for giving me a ride back home when I dropped off the truck and then following me home with it after it was done...talk about going over and above the call of duty. THANK YOU!! I HIGHLY recommend this shop if you need body work of any kind. I did not get my auto glass replaced, but I can only assume that service is tremendous as well if you need it. Oh..and my truck repair looks PERFECT. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING ANYWHERE ELSE - THIS SHOP IS HONEST, QUICK and VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WILL TAKE GREAT CARE OF YOU FROM START TO FINISH!!!!
