| - You know. I really hate to talk badly about businesses, but I just have to tell you about my experience at Super Smog. My friends and I had a good chuckle over it. One friend always says, "Rhonda, it can only happen to you!" :-)
I've been to this Super Smog off and on for maybe 12 years, because I moved away and returned to Nevada a few times. I'd go there because it is close to where I live and I like its location. I never really noticed the attendants much. For the most part, they have been just fine. Great service.
Maybe two years ago, a young woman was there. I don't know who she is, but for some reason, I really enjoyed talking to her. She was like a really good spirit. Overwhelmingly, I'm somewhat antisocial with strangers (esp. in Nevada), but she was one of those people that I run into now and then who gives me an instant good feeling about them. Well, this past year, I hoped she'd still be there.
Instead, there was a young man. I did not recognize him at first, but he has waited on me before and he must have recognized my face. I generally go to this Super Smog early in the morning. Well, he came out and he "reeked" of alcohol. He was disheveled in appearance and I figured he was probably going through some problems.
So the young man applied the test, etc, but he seemed to be going very slowly. I found it odd. Everything he did was like slow motion or like he was hesitating. Then he had to get down on his knees to look at something in my car. I was standing outside my car and right behind him while he bent down. As soon as he started lowering his body, his breeches kept sinking lower and lower until there he was, no underwear, in all his FULL MONTY glory!
I was like to myself, "You've gotta be kidding!" So, after the shock of what I was seeing, I turned my body and looked away. I believe the man did it deliberately because, again, he seemed to be stalling for no good reason, like he wanted to give me a "peek."
Needless to say, even though this Super Smog was my first choice all these years, I'll never go back.
