  • I have been going here for months. They never remember my name and this week they told me my curtains would cost $17 And I thought what a deal. When I picked up my curtains they told me it was $17 each curtain! I told them it was a mistake. I thought it was the total price. They did NOT apologize for the misunderstanding or try to make it right. I would not have had these dry cleaned at that price. They just lost a regular customer. This is not the way to run a business. I'll take my business elsewhere! Seriously? They could not even offer to dry clean my next item for free! It wasn't like I had ever complained before or just walked in for the first time I was so mad.
