  • Rich was great. The inspection report he produced was thorough and was very helpful. Only two items were missed: 1) Master bathtub faucet leaks water onto the floor when in use. 2) Living room ceiling fan makes terrible grinding noise when in use. To be fair, I'm not sure these items are normally checked during home inspections. A friend of mine just bought a home and used a different inspection firm. I compared reports and am very happy I used AccuPro (my report was much more detailed).
