  • The best coffee shop in Peoria! Not only for the coffee but for what they do. They run a charity called Heart for the City where they help inner city children in so many ways! Really what they do is phenomenal. I love buying coffee when I know my money is going to support Arizona children in need. The coffee is so yummy! I always get the cafe au lait with coconut milk. It's not too strong and not watery, just perfect. The customer service is very good and always quick. I have been there during the week and on Saturdays and it has never been extremely crowded. The baked goods are so good and fresh! They bake everything in house and have a wide range of yummy sweet and savory things to choose from. There are egg bakes, breakfast burritos, big muffins (in different flavors) and cinnamon rolls. They also have gluten free muffins that look great! I can't wait to try one next time I stop in. I highly recommend Java Grounds as your new coffee shop because of the great coffee, cause, and atmosphere.
