  • We first came in to the store because we were told that prices would be lower compared to other locations due to the fact that appliances were not all brand new and may have a small dent or scratch. We walked in and the majority of the products were brand new and prices were just as high as all other locations. We roamed around, and checked out the displays. When talking to one of the staff members, we checked in to Yelp and saw that there was a free gift for checking in. When asked about it, the man said that he had no idea what the free gift was and wen on to say that they don't even deal with Yelp. Instead of saying "let me call a manager and find out if there is something I can do", he laughed it off and said, "I can give you a cup of water." On top of that, we had asked about vent hoods of a specific size and he went on to show us hoods that were too big and did not meet the specifications. I don't believe I saw him smile even once, and the customer service provided was not friendly and welcoming. We will not be returning to that location of Spencer's, and will bring our business elsewhere.
