| - As someone just starting the pipe-smoking hobby, I'm sensitive to customer service. I like the person behind the counter to not make me feel dumb for not knowing the inns and outs of pipe smoking and risk turning me off. This was not the case, and although the clerk told me he was in to cigars and not pipes, he was still very knowledgeable, helpful, and above all friendly and patient with my questions. I've been to a few other tobacconists, so far, Thomas Hinds and Casablanca, and though they were fine, Brigham and More far surpassed my previous experiences. Selection (for Canada, at least) seems good, and the stock seems fresh. Would go on a regular basis if they were not across town, but will visit again.
