Vivian was wonderful! I loved the color and shape of my nails however after two days one of them broke so I went back to fix it. When I went in Vivian was busy so Tom (if they did give me his real name, if they didn't give me his real name, when walking into the doors his station is in the very back on the left) fixed my nail for me. Tom is the most unprofessional and rude nail technician I have ever gone to. Even the first time I got my nails done by Vivian he sat on a massage chair the whole time on his phone with his earphones in. Today while doing my nail he again sat there with his earphones in watching Asian dramas on his phone and paying no attention to myself. I also get dip nails and have gotten them many times in the past, so I know that after every dip you put it under the uv light. When I asked if I should put my nail under the light he rudely said no and acted like I didn't know anything. Then upon leaving I realized I had gooey wet tacky gel all under my nails and on my skin because it wasn't able to dry from not putting it under the light. He also did not match the length of my broken nail to the other same nail on the other hand and the shape is slightly off from the others. At the end of the day I would go back to Vivian however I truly believe that Tom is the most unprofessional staff member at this salon and I truly don't think he deserves to work there until he puts the customers before himself and his phone. (I also asked if I could speak with a manager and they said that they didn't have one)
