  • Had an issue installing my Nest thermostat. Saw the Cool Blew truck next door so I went out and spoke with the guy. He gave me a number to call for an appt. I called, they were able to come up the same afternoon. Took about 30 mins or so, able to quickly identify the wiring problem and get the Nest installed. Friendly installer and explained what he was doing along the way. Tested the system before he left to make sure it was all working, which it was. Would call back should something else happen again.
