  • I was told the hotel rooms have been renovated so imagine my surprise when I walked in and found the bedroom and living room looked nice, and at first glance the bathroom looked pretty good but after closer inspection you see that they have not replaced any of the floor or wall tile in the bathrooms and it's very badly stained. Hopefully further bathroom renovations are in their plans. This is a bathroom that you don't want to walk barefoot in. Not sure why you would do all his work and leave the old tile and stained grout as well as the old toilet. Room was missing suitcase a rack. I'm probably one of the few people who uses it, but I definitely missed it. Housekeeping is obviously not looking closely at the rooms. I found a used straw in my bedroom closet. Also had to find out the hard way that the outlets at the bedside had never been plugged in, so I moved the furniture away from the wall so I could plug the outlets in. Couldn't figure out why I was getting wet tissues in the bathroom until I lifted up the tissue box and discovered that it had sat in water for so long that the entire box of tissues was saturated was mildewy and the inside of the tissue box cover was also mildewy. Also can't pull the toilet paper when they stuff an extra roll behind it. Nice cosmetic renovations going on to the hotel so I hope that someone is going to be looking at some of the details that have been overlooked and addressing. Wasn't impressed with the selections at the evening reception. Ordered room service and did like the new boxed format of the meals. Not terrible, just hoping the rooms are going to have more work done in the bathrooms.
