| - While the location, parking, and complimentary shuttle service are very convenient, I don't think I will come back to this location. Upon walking in, the lobby was very nice and welcoming. I arrived a little early but I couldn't check in with my Digital Key because the room wasn't ready. No big deal, I went to grab a bite to eat at the bar. My experience was not very good. I ordered a salmon BLT off of the lunch menu. When it finally came out, my fries were cold and there was no bacon on the sandwich. That's what the "B" in BLT stands for! I asked the server, "Isn't this supposed to come with bacon?" to which she replied, "Oh the cook wasn't sure, I'll go tell him." Are you kidding me? I didn't eat very much of my lunch at all.
When my room became ready, I didn't have to stop at the desk because I used the Digital Key app on my phone. I knew right when I opened the door that I wasn't going to have an exceptional stay. The door dragged the floor as I opened it and I was hit was the overwhelming smell of air freshener that seemed like it had been sprayed to cover up the smell of cigarette smoke. All of the furniture in the room seemed really cheap and outdated. The best part about the room was the bathroom. It was very nice and did the trick.
Overall, my stay here seemed like something I would experience at a Best Western, not a Hilton property.
