  • Be wary about this place. THEY WILL TRY TO SELL YOU TIRES and other unnecessary services. I went for an OIL CHANGE with an appointment, and my oil change took 1 hour and 15 minutes according to the in/out time registered in the invoice. Add to that wait an extra 15 minutes after I DECLINED the recommended tire replacement and other services. Although the car was already done and in the parking lot, the service advisor left me sitting in the waiting room until I went to find somebody to ask why I was still left waiting while the service person was on the phone making random calls... Soon after I left this Firestone place, I went to Costco to double-check the conditions of the tires. The Costco mechanic said that all the tires were still in good condition and found it odd that Firestone had rotated the tires without informing me, placing the less worn ones to the front to convince me to buy new rear tires. The name of the service advisor is James (as shown on invoice). Avoid this Firestone place if possible.
