  • I have been looking for a nice car-service place. I have been visiting Walter many times, and they are fantastic. However, one day I was in a rush and stopped by at Baum Boulevard Automotive for some car inspection, and this place is as bad as Pepboys (in which I think that is why their locations are like across each other, yes offense!). The staffs at this place were unfriendly and did not really care about my car. I asked them in details what the problem was. They couldn't give me any clear description (btw, I am an engineering student, so I think I am smart enough to understand the problem). Then, I asked for the suggestion of how to fix the problem, and again they didn't know how to fix or could be any helpful. At the end of the day, I was really pissed and left the place. Waste of my time and my money. So, DO NOT go to this place!!!!!!!!!!!
