  • This is actually called Lee's Cleaning now - not sure why they changed the name but when you swipe your credit card, the slip you sign still says Big Apple Cleaners. I never found the people here to be really mean at all, did a good job, and best of all, cheap. On top of it they would get pretty much everything done in a 24 hour period. I was a fairly happy customer until recently, when the lady behind the counter everyone has been complaining about charged my credit card $1115 (yes, over a thousand dollars) for $15 worth of cleaning by accident. Now I know it is an accident, and they reversed it, but it was their attitude about it that I found really unsettling. The couple (i'm not sure if they were married or related or what) acted like I was the one that charged them over a thousand dollars, not the other way around. Barely a sincere apology, just a look on their face like they were angry I ever walked in their store. So if they don't want me to send their cleaning to them, I'm more than happy to oblige and go somewhere else!
