  • Will Tuller the assistant manager went above and beyond. Firestone lost the key for my locking lugs and Discount Tire was able to get them off and put new ones on. I wanted to use my Discount Tire credit card but we hadn't activated it. He spent 10 minutes on the phone getting it activated for me. Just all around a great customer service experience. Love them
