I have owned and managed rental properties in several states for over 20 years. As such, I have worked with many property management firms.
Rosenbaum is the worst I have ever experienced.
Their primary sin is an accounting department that doesn't adhere to basic accounting principles (and with my degree in management, and having both studied and exercised accounting functions in my career, I know how it works).
Their accounting rigors are so weird that I have yet to be able to reconcile a single statement with a payment. When I asked them to straighten-out their dysfunction, they gave inaccurate replies that seemed to be an attempt to ditch me instead of correcting their defects.
Property owners -- save yourself a ton of aggravation and take your business elsewhere.
