  • As the Steve W said in August on here, I do not want to provide bad marks unless I have to. Gilbert Air you did us wrong. Almost same story as the other gentleman and I have wasted weeks getting the problem fixed and hours trying to get them to do us right. So I will be brief. Understand that the home warranty company is almost as bad but Gilbert Air is who isn't doing what they should. They took our line from inside of the house and now it on the outside and the line they cut sticks out 8 inches or so. Safe for all that get near the jagged edge Gilbert Air. Gilbert Air you could have covered this shoddy work up but you won, congrats! The home warranty company says they cant make you do it. So congrats. Now I have an eye sore and a safety issue because of your so called work. Funny how the line was leaking. You ripped it from inside the wall all pretty and not showing then ran a new one up and presto magico now it was the air handler not working. Great diagnosis Gilbert Air. And yesss... I know you told the warranty company it was the line AND the air handler that is now leaking. Come on. You fixed something that wasn't the problem and left it like you did. Gilbert Air, shame on you. All our neighbors and friends will know Gilbert Air.
