I love giving new workout classes a try, and I'm glad I tried Karve out! Everyone working here was super nice and helpful to me.
I used to take ballet classes, so the movements involved in Karve weren't totally foreign to me. Though dang, those classes are hard! The lady in front of me was totally toned and in great shape, and even her legs were shaking like crazy during some of the holds. I do prefer higher intensity workouts, but still really enjoyed this. Also, I never have felt sore afterwards, which makes me a tiny bit sad.
I would recommend Karve to people looking for a fun challenging workout. Good for people ranging from adolescents to older individuals over a spectrum of physical capabilities.
